Mt. Kenya Cultural Heritage

Introduction

Mt. Kenya Heritage Centre is a new concept in tourism industry where we focus more into re-living old and dying cultural practices with intention of reviving and restoring some of the old practices. The centre attracts people from all over the world to come and experience, learn and get entertained.

The idea was hatched by Samuel, a Kenyan tour operator living in Denmark who after many years of packaging and leading many tours, saw the need for a package that would expose old and extinct cultural practices.

From the beautiful scenery, the village setup,thrilling entertainment, and the friendly and welcoming faces from the community a visit to Mt. Kenya Heritage Centre will leave you with an unforgettable experience. Our mantra is to break away from the traditional ways of tourism and offer an alternative package so that visitors not only get to marvel at our eye catching flora and fauna but also learn about our rich African cultural heritage.
